Due to the complexity of the problem in the area of poultry in this article it was not possible to address all of the problems which a forensic veterinarian was asked to answer by the court. The intentions of the authors were centered toward a commentary on the most common problems from numerous cases that the Department of Forensic Veterinary Medicine and Law had worked on in the past few years.
