[Content of aflatoxins in food products]

Content of aflatoxins in 211 samples of different food products is investigated by HPLC with fluorescence detector (Waters equipment) according to the AOAC 994.08. Only 16% of 211 of food products samples contain detectable levels of the aflatoxins.
