The modification of fatty acids content in muscle tissue of lambs by diet enriched of different source oils

The possibility to obtain slaughter lambs with enhanced lipids composition in muscle tissue through addition to diet of nourishing ewes and weaned lambs fish and linseed oils was the purpose of the experiment. The application of feeding enriched in PUFA from fish and linseed oil did not effect body weight growth and carcass quality of lambs. But this type of nutrition undoubtedly influence on health value of meat
