Use of introgressive hybridization in the increase of technological grain quality of winter wheat Triticum aestivum L

The subject of this paper was the technological evaluation of grain of 4 groups of winter wide-hybrids of the generations F6-F13 obtained from the crosses of the monosomics (2n=41) of wheat T. aestivum L. mono-5B Chinese Spring and others. The technological evaluation contained: protein content (in percent), Zeleny sedimentation indicator (ml), falling number (s) and ba king quality (the classes: E-exclusive, A-qualitative, B-bread and C-remaining), in comparison to the variety Berga according to the COBORU methodology. The 3-year results indicated the distinct effects of the genotypes AABB of T. durum Desf., and others
