The present experiment investigated the effect of incubation temperature on growth of mycelium, spore germination and on the individual biotic effect (IBE) of Trichoderma harzianum, T. pseudokoningii and T. viride fungi. The incubation temperature from 5 to 15 deg C inhibited mycelium growth and sporogenous hypha formation of the isolates researched. Also the IBE value depended on temperature. All Trichoderma spp. isolates strongly inhibited the growth of pathogens only at the temperature of 20 deg C
