The purpose of the present study has been to trace the effect of various variants of mineral fertilization, applied together with or without FYM on the productivity and uptake of macronutrients. Crops were cultivated in crop rotation: sugar beet, spring barley, maize and spring wheat. Total yield of plants in crop rotation with manure was higher almost by 25 percent than on mineral fertilizers. The uptake of such nutrients as N, P, K, Mg and Ca depended at first on manure and nitrogen fertilization
