Rearing of berried female mud crab from female mud crab of stage 2, male and female mud crabs were reared in 2.4*2.9 square m plastic net cages fenced in 2.4*10 square m concrete ponds was with sand substrate three cages per pond. Each plastic net cage contained 8 male and 8 female mud crabs of stage 2 at 2 different treatments, Pond no. 1 were non-separated rearing and Pond no. 2 were separated rearing each pairs of male and female in 0.5 square m plastic net boxes. Transfer female mud crabs to Pond no. 3 was with sand substrate on second days after were molted to stage 3. At the end of experiment, the number of molted female mud crabs in Pond no. 1 and no. 2 were 4 and 13 individuals or 16.67 and 54.17 percent in average 38.25+-8.22 and 37.38+-12.67 days respectively. Female mud crabs of stage 3 from Pond no. 1 and no. 2 developed to berried stage 1 and 2 individuals respectively. Before molting, the FMI of female mud crabs of stage 2 in Pond no. 1 and no. 2 were 0.690-0.815 and 0.660-0.796 respectively. After molting, the FMI of female mud crabs of stage 3 in Pond no. 1 and no. 2 were 0.865-0.961 average 0.909+-0.040 and 0.868-0.984 average 0.913+-0.037 respectively.
