Here the article represents main aspects and results from development and establishing aspects and results from thermal treatment of corn foods or bulk materials in pseudo-ebullient layer. They are intended for drying or baking of different types of corn foods or bulk materials in chemical and food and biotechnological industry. The advantage of this method and machine constructions is that processes of interaction between the thermal treated material and fluid is characterized with big intensity in volume and quality, higher efficiency of mixing and high quality of end products.
