[Diagnostics of an enterobius infection with use device for inspection on the enterobiasis: advantages and lacks, prospects of application]

The device for inspection on the enterobiasis is described. Advantages and lacks of its application are stated of comparison with Torgushin's, Kevorkova's, Rabinovich's methods and the most frequently used method of a sticky tape for the first time offered by Graham. Results of preliminary test have shown, that sensitivity of the developed way of inspection a method of a sticky tape makes 64,8 %. In the offered updating method of a sticky tape is hygienic and convenient for realization the perianal swab, both forces of medical staff, and forces of surveyed or their parents in domestic conditions. In the last variant the offered device opens ample opportunities of fast inspection of the family microcenters and the territorial macrocenters of this infection, increasing frequency rate of inspection up to 3-5 times, thus considerably increasing defect-ability of enterobiasis, and also, defining group of persons with high intensity of infection - the basic source of infection
