It is shown, that the least stability possess planktonic and benthonos communities on the sites of the river located below industrial cities of Orsha, Mogilyov, Retchitsa, in an operative range of sewage. A number of ecological criteria of an estimation of stability river hydrobiocoenosis to anthropogenous influence which are revealed at a level of changes in the structurally functional organization of communities change of dominants in phytoplankton on groups of the seaweed is revealed, adapted to live in the polluted environment, the increase in community of a share green and green-blue seaweed (up to 50-60 % of a biomass); replacement in zooplankton of long cyclic kinds on short cyclic possessing in the high speed of population growth, the attitude of number Cladocera to Rotatoria below 0,05, pollution testifying to a critical level for cancer ability ; the increase in zoobenthos molluscs from sort Viviparus (up to 40-50 % of number), adapted to live on polluted by organic substance grounds; simplification of ecosystem structure and the increase in amplitude of fluctuation of number connected with it and biomass of planktonic organisms expressed in the form of the attitude of a years biomass of organisms to winter; frequency of changes of static and functional parameters of communities in time, expressed in the form of dimensionless factors S and V. The value of these parameters testifies above 0,60 about significant eutrophycation and pollution of the water-current leading to instability of system, it overstructing and transition in new state
