The analysis showed that high-producing cows of 15/16-thorough-bred on holstein breed have better milk yield indices, development and reproductive traits. At the charge of forages at a level of 55-65 c forage unit on a head in a year the 15/16-thorough-bred cows surpass their half-breed contempoparies on milk yields on 17,3-18,4% and on production of dairy fat on 18,2-22,8%. However they are more sensitive to underfeeding. By results of scientifical-economic experience it is established, that the 15/16-thorough-bred first heifers for the first 90 days of lactation gave more on 27,7% milk of basic fat content, than their 3/4-thorough-bred contempoparies. With increase of thorough-bredness on holstein breed the heifers and cows body weight increases. High-bred heifers (15/16)achieve earlier on 1,5-2,0 months coupling age. Their body weight in 18 months makes 380-420 kg, they are characterized more dairy type of constitution. On reproductive qualities high-bred heifers and cows essentially do not concede to half-breed. The tendency is revealed to the increased of frequency complicated and difficult calvings at full-age the 15/16-thorough-bred cows (24% against 14% at 3/4-thorough-bred, P 0,05). At high and stable feeding level of animals 15/16-thorough-bred on holstein breed are more efficient, than their half-breed contempoparies. Milkability of the first heifers of this genotype received on 10,6-13,3% of milk more than of their half-breed contempoparies. Use of 15/16-thorough-bred on holstein breed allows to low the cost of milk on 12% and expenses of forages for its production on 13%
