Research results of application of cold laser irradiation of udder of cows sick with mastitis and evaluation of the technological properties of milk after laser therapy were presented. Daily application of cold laser irradiation in course of 3,5-4 days to lactating cows with the subclinical mastitis provided 100% recovery of animals. In 2-3 days after cold laser irradiation application the quantity of the somatic cells in milk in case of the subclinical mastitis lowered on 23-28,5%, in case of catarrhal mastitis – on 35-41%. In 5 days after cold laser irradiation treatment in case of the subclinical mastitis the quantity of the somatic cells was 270-500 thousand that proved the normalization of udder functional activity. In dry and colostric periods the quantity of leucocytes was heightened and corresponded to the same indices of the lactating cows sick with subclinical mastitis. Beestings of cows sick with mastitis had the titratabic acidity that was 2 times lower than the beestings of healthy cows (26 deg T against, 54 deg T). Realized biochemical studies of blood after cold laser irradiation showed that after the therapeutic manipulations the content of alpha globulins increased on 12,4%, beta-globulins – on 8,6% and gamma globulins – on 18,2%. bactericidal activity of blood serum increased on 45,7% in comparison with he control group of cows treated with cobactan
