Within the frame of performance of research to investigate a state of agrophytocoenosis in conditions of technogenic pollution, to develop a complex of actions on increase of their ecological stability and use of polluted soils in 2007 investigations were carried out on studying of influence of ions of nickel, chrome and cobalt on energy of germination and ability to spring barley seeds germination. Plants of barley have been germinated in laboratory conditions in triple frequency in conformity and the scheme of experiment are shown. Experiences were spent according to USSR State standard GOST 12038-66 approved by the Committee of Standards, measures and measuring devices at the Council of Ministers of the USSR. The present standard extends on seeds of agricultural crops and establishes methods of definition and germination. Seeds germination is quantity of normally germinated seeds in the test taken for analysis expressed in percentage. Seeds germination is defined by their germination at optimum conditions, established for each culture by the standard. Simultaneously with germination energy of germination of seeds is defined. Energy of seeds germination can be considered as percent of normally germinated seeds for certain term. As a result of the lead research it is established, that with increase in concentration of ions of heavy metals the energy of germination of barley essentially decreases, especially at increase of CoS04 x 7H2O concentration Ability of seeds barley to germination (the quantity of germinated grains in 168 hours and landings), essentially did not differ from a control variant. The primary goal of the research is studying intensity and dynamics of accumulation of plant pollutants in barley depending on stages organogenesis
