[Scientific bases of perfecting the managing mechanism of agrarian and industrial complex]

The results of researches and the executed scientific development (in 2006) of the Center of agrarian economy of Belarus are presented. The system of mechanisms, techniques, models, measures, recommendations and offers for stabilization of agrarian and industrial complex functioning in new conditions and increase of an overall performance of all types and forms of the agroindustrial enterprises is described. The new innovative criteria directed on radical perfection of the working mechanism of managing are offered. The analysis of industrial-economic activities country (farmer) facilities and manufacture of agricultural production in Belarus is given, priority perfection directions of quality regulation system of agricultural production on the basis of contractual criteria. Economic consequences for domestic agrarian and industrial complex after probable introduction of our country in WTO are estimated
