Problems in work with the agroindustrial enterprises staff are analyzed. Forms and methods of training to practical skills in economic activities of the management personnel of agrarian and industrial complex are presented. The special attention is given to value of business games in system of a professional training. The sequence of their preparation and carrying out is in detail described, registration of the documentation, and the plan of carrying out is given. Introduction of strategic decisions acceptance modular systems on the basis of industrial-research business games in real time should become an indissoluble part of industrial activity of the agroindustrial enterprise
