Results of experiments on conservation of a corn silo with use of biopreservative DBC (a dry bacterial preparation) are resulted. Parameters of quality of ready silos and their productive action on animals in research-and-production experience are studied. Nutritiousness of a skilled silo has made 0,22 fodder units, control - 0,19 fodder units in 1 kg of natural forage. The output of lactic acid has made accordingly 64,0 and 61,4 %. At silos feeding to bull-calf on fattening use of the processed silo has made 93,6 %, raw - 84,7 %, daily average weight gains are received on 12,8 % more at skilled animals in comparison with control animals, expenses of a forage for a unit of production were below on 7,86 % at skilled animals. Power nutritiousness of a silo processed by biopreservative was above on 0,03 forage unit than at control one. In kg of dry substance of a diet exchange energy at a control silo contained 0,91 f.unit, at skilled - 0,97 f.unit. On one fodder unit it was necessary accordingly 0,85 and 0,87 g of digestible protein. As the corn silo processed by biopreservative, was more nutritious and differed good organoleptic properties, its use by animals was above on 8,9 %, than at control
