[Globalization of the consumer market of developing states: features, laws, necessity of the account]

Modern globalization of retail trade brings the contribution to economic growth of the states, giving a push to inflow of investments and technologies. As result - aspiration of the states to minimize negative consequences to make process of globalization conformable to the selected way of economic development. For further economic development it is necessary: studying of the basic stages of globalization of the consumer market of the states with a developing economy, first of all Russia, and revealing of the general tendencies. In particular, the world consumer market now is in a stage of fundamental changes. Its basic characteristics are: globalization of activity of the companies; their concentration on key positions and outsourcing of not profile directions; aspiration to reduction of the size of a logistical chain and optimization of expenses on its sites; reduction of life cycle of production and new approaches to marketing and distributions of the product, the increased role of innovations. At the same time the Russian consumer market is characterized by the following features connected with specificity of a level of development of the country: gradual decrease in a share of articles of food in a turn of retail trade; growth of a share of the large and average organizations of retail trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, Cash and Carry) at reduction of a share ware, mixed and food markets and also small enterprises; faster development of retail trade in regions in comparison with capital. The brightest and significant tendency in formation of the competitive market environment in the Russian Federation became development of trading networks; Displaying of the given tendencies on realities of Belarus and forecasting of the nearest tendencies of development of globalization in the national consumer market is the next task. By estimations of experts, the condition of the Belarus market reminds a situation in Russia 10-12 years ago and opens prospect for development of trading retail networks. Annual growth of retail commodity circulation per capita in Belarus makes about 30 % at much lower price of an input for the market (by expert estimations, cost of similar retail business in Moscow is above in 3 times, and the real estate - at 9-10 times). Realization of the accepted plans on construction and expansion of the modern trading network, approved by the Program of development of domestic trade of Belarus for 2006-2010, will promote display from foreign, first of all Russian retailers the big interest to the Belarus market
