[Genetic profiles of pigs of Belarusian large white breed based on the analysis of DNA of microsatellites]

Composition of genetic profiles of pigs of Belarusian large white breed based on the analysis of DNI of microsatellites has been analyzed. Research of lines of pigs of created Zadneprovskij type of large white breed (LWB) have shown that chosen microsatellite locus possess a high degree of polymorphism (the average allele on locus makes from 3,2 in line Smyka up to 5,7 in line Syabra), that does them the reliable tool for the characteristic of genetic structure of an investigated population, and also criteria of estimations of genetic distinctions between lines. The actual degree of heterozygosity calculated on 12 locus in lines was very varied (from 62,5 % in line Smyka up to 75,2 % in a line of the Drachun), that allows to make conclusion that formation of linear structure of the created type is still proceeding as objective selective process. In the majority of the investigated lines deficiency of heterozygote was observed, that testifies about imbalance of separate lines, and also all population as a whole on number heterozygote. In 6 from 8 investigated lines it has been revealed private peculiar only to this line of boars allele, that spokes about individualities of lines, good expressiveness of linear structure of large white breed. The greatest number was revealed in line Syabra. In lines of the Stalactite and Smyk private allelles have not been revealed. Genetic differences between lines estimated on value of an index of fixing have made 2,58 %, that testifies about well expressed linear structure of herd and rather high level of selective breeding work with lines of boars in breed. Thus, it is possible to assume, that between lines of Skarb and Stalactite, Sekret and Smyk there was more intensive exchange of genes during crossing, that was showed in reduction of genetic distinctions between them, thus line Smyk recently is developed rather isolated from Sekret. Similar data were received by the Russian selectors who have established, that the population of pigs of large white breed has common origin from lines of Drachun and Stalactite
