Ochenta y seis especies vegetales cultivadas y no cultivadas pertenecientes a 11 familias fueron evaluadas en invernadero como hospedantes del ' nematodo de la oca' (Thecavermiculatus andinus n. sp.) Las especies que se comportaron como hospedantes muy eficientes por el desarrollo y multiplicación del nematodo además de la oca (O. tuberosa) fueron, el olluco (U. tuberosus), lupino (L. mutabilis), quinua (C. quinao), quinua silvestre (C. amaranticolor), bolsa de pastor (C. bursa-pastoris), yuyo (B .campestris), senecio (S. vulgaris), papa (S. tuberosum ssp. andigena) y tabaco silvestre (N. paniculata). Además el haba (V.faba), la mashua (T .tuberosus), y otras 24 especies vegetales son reportadas como hospedantes por primera vez. En esta forma se incluyen nuevas especies vegetales hospedantes a T.andinus, que amplían su gama de hospedantes a las familias Amaranthaceae. Cactaceae, Labiatae y Tropaeolaceae.

Английский. Eighty six cultivated and wild plant species belonging to 11 families were tested under greenhouse conditions as hosts of the ' oca nematode' (Thecavermiculatus andinus n. sp.) The plant species which behaved as efficient or good hosts because nematode development and multiplication occurred were, in addition to oca (O. tuberosa): olluco (U.tuberosus, lupine (L.mutabills), quinua (C.quinoá), wild quinoa (C.amaranticolor). Shepherds purse (C. bursa-pastoris), yuyo (B.campestris), senecio (S.vulgaris), potato (S.tuberosum ssp. andigená) and wild tobáceo (N. paniculata). Furthemore V.faba and T.tuberosus were also hosts as well as other 24 species reported for first time. These new species included into the existing host range of T.andinus belong to the following plant families: Amaranthaceae, Cactaceae, Labiatae and Tropaeolaceae
