Influencia de la temperatura y humedad relativa en la germinación de los conidios de Alternaria porri causante de la mancha purpura de la cebolla.

Se estudió la influencia de la temperatura en la intensidad y la dinámica de la germinación de los conidios a 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 35, 37,5 y 40°C, así como la humedad relativa con diferentes soluciones que permitieron variaciones de 76 a 100 % a temperatura de 20°C. Se utilizaron conidios provenientes de colonias de Alternaria porri de siete días de edad. El porcentaje de germinación se determinó contando 50 esporas en 10 campos diferentes del microscopio en cada réplica. La intensidad de germinación y el efecto de la humedad relativa se evaluaron a las 24 horas y la dinámica en intervalos periódicos entre 1 y 2 horas. Los conidios germinan entre 5 y 37,5 °C y óptimamente a 30°C. En el rango de 20-35°C, los conidios comienzan a germinar después de una hora y alcanzan el 50 % a las cuatro horas de incubación. El umbral mínimo de humedad relativa a 20°C se encuentra entre 76 y 78 %.

Английский. It was studied the influence of temperature on the intensity and dynamics of germination of conids at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 37,5 and 40°C. Similarly the effect of relative humidity in the range from 76 to 100 % was determined by using solutions of known vapor pressure at 20°C. The conids used were obtained from seven days age Alternaria porri colonies. The germination (%) was determined d by counting 50 spores in 10 different fields of the preparation, for each repetition. The intensity of germination due to relative humidity was evaluated at 24 hours after the beginning of the experiment and the dynamics with intervals of 1 to 2 hours. The conids develop between 5 and 37,5°C with an optimum at 30°C. In the temperature range from 20-35°C the conids start germination after one hour and reach 50 % within four hours of incubation. The lower threshold for the relative humidity at 20°C was between 76 and 78 %.
