Se desarrolló un método para determinar el contenido de Imazalil en formulados de Polvos Humedecibles utilizando la espectrofotometría UV Visible a una longitud de onda de 271,5 nm usando metanol como solvente. El método que se recomienda para analizar este formulado es la Cromatografía Líquida de Alta Resolución (HPLC). Con el desarrollo de este nuevo método pudieron obtener buenos resultados, además del ahorro de solventes y de tiempo. El trabajo consistió en realizar 15 determinaciones con el procedimiento propuesto, obteniéndose una desviación típica de ± 0, 18 y un coeficiente de variación de 0,25 %, por lo que el método resultó ser confiable, preciso y selectivo.

The method was developed to determine the content of imazalil in formulation of Wettable Powders using the UV visible spectrophotometry at wavelength of 271,5 nm using methanol as solvent. The method is recommended to analyze formulated High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Good results could be obtained by using this method, the procedure well solvents saving and from time. The work consisted 15 determination with the proposed procedure, was obtained a typical deviation from 0, 18 and a variation coefficient from 0,25%, therefore the method turned out to be reliable, accurate and selective. .
