Consumption of conventional foodstuffs in case of young athletes.

A questionnaire was developed and analysed for determination of nutrition habits of 100 non top young athletes in Budapest, 2005. The main aim of the measurement was to get information about the application of food supplements and consumption of conventional foodstuffs. It can be established that the majority of young athletes has a varied diet, and the female athletes pay more attention to the balanced nutrition than the male ones. But the frequency of fruits and vegetables consumption is not sufficient.
