Study and selection on lentil genotypes with suitable characters in segregation population in national experiment

Our aim of in this trial was to find homozygot varieties and copper lines of lentil in segregation population in national experiment. This trial includes three generations :first experiment was studying on segregating population of lentil in F1 .In this experiment 14 crosses were studied and their seed were planted beside their parents . finally we chose 28 mono bushs witch have preference and we will enter them in F2 next year .Second experiment was studying on segregating population of lentil in F2 . In this experiment we chose seeds of 189 mono bushs from F1 and we planted their seeds beside their parents and finally we choes 78mono bushs witch were the best. here we choes 25 mono bushs and we will enter them in F3 next year . Third experiment was studying on segregating population of lentil in F7 . In this experiment we chose seeds of 148 mono bushes from F6 and we planted their seeds beside local check and we selected 98 the best rows that reached to homozygousy X96S84 and X96S127 had the highest plant hight between lines under investigation. We choes 24 the best rows so we will enter them to PYT trial next year.
