The management of nitrogen fertilizer is very important in sugar beet cultivation . It is because of this matter that objects as: maximun root yield, maximum sugar production, maximum extractable sugar and maximum income or economical advantage is directly related to level of nitrogen fertilizer usage. Over rate usage of nitrogen fertilizer might increase root yield or sugar production but reduce economical net advantage and extractable sugar yield. Therefore, because of importance and sensitivity of nitrogen fertilizer level usage in sugar beet cultivation its management is very noticeable. In order to determine suitable nitrogen ferilizer level, comparison of nitrogen ferilizer application methods and its splitting a randomized complete block design that replecated three times was used for two years in Hamedan province. Nitrogen fertilizer levels were as zero, 120, 180 and 240 Kg/ha for fertilizer drilling method and was 240 Kg/ha for broad cost application that used in two and three splits. Variance analysis and comparison of means showed that in two year period of experiment, effect of nitrogen fertilizer level on root yield, impure sugar and extractable sugar was significant in %5 level and nitrogen fertilizer levels increased that factors unlinearly.Effect of fertilizer application methods on yield parameters was significant. Therefore by using of fertilizer drill machines we can save the same yield with lowering nitrogen usage level.Othewise we can increase sugar beet yield with lower fertilizer level comparison with broad cost application method. Effect of fertilizer splitting was not significant on yield factors, in come , impure sugar and white sugar yield. Based on comparison of means , 120 Kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer drilling with average yield of 53.98 Ton/ ha was the best treatment for recamendation. Economical results of experiment showed that in the first year of experiment fertilizer drilling method in three splits with 256.5 Kg/ha nitrogen usage producted the highest gross benefit (18972110 Rials) while in the second year, fertilizer drilling in middle farrow with 204.07 Kg/ha nitrogen usage producted the benefit of 19698154 Rials that was the best one. Partial budgeting and benefit-cost ratio analysis showed that band placement method in three splits with 240 kg/ha nitrogen use is the best threatment for recommendation.
