Efficacy Evaluation of the biproposal herbicide, Ethoxysulfuron + Oxadiargyl on paddy fields in Comparison with current Rice herbicide.

For investigation of two mixed herbicides(Oxadiargyl+ Ethoxysulfuron) on paddy fields weeds and phytotoxicity on rice seedlings, we designed an experiment in 2002 and carried out in 2003 in Rondomized Completely Block(R. C. B.). Oxadiargyl with two formulation 800 WG 100 gr/ha and 30 EC 3 lit/ha mixed with Ethoxy only one formulation 60% WG but two rate, 100 and 75 gr/ha in comparison with mixed Bensulforon methyl, hand weeding twice and weedy cheek, totally 10 treatments with 4 replication in G uilan province. The result showed that mixed of two herbicides(Oxa.+ Ethoxy). Has no phytotoxicity to rice plants.Application of only Ethoxysulfuron has good effect on Broadleaves and sedges of paddy fields that is comparible with Bensulforun methyl 75 gr/ha. Mixed of Oxadiargyl and Ethexysulfuron 100 gr/ha(each of them) have good effect on all three groups of weeds: grass(Echinochloa crus-galli), Broadleaf(Alisma plontogo- aquatica) and sedges(Cyperus difformis, scirpus mucronatus and Sc. Juncoides). This mixed herbicides has no significant differences with Ethoxy + Oxa. Ec 3 li t/ha and also, mixed of Ethoxy 100 gr/ha with Butachlor 3.5 lit/ha. Beside, of mixed Bensulforon methyl 75gr/ha with Oxa. 100 gm/ha WG or 3lit/ha EC formulation. Infinaly 100gr/ha of Ethoxy is recomendable and it is mixable with two herbicides ofOxadiargyl and Buthachlor.
