Study on complex sprying of micronutrients and pesticides

A study was conducted to investigate on possibilty of combined spraying of micronutrients with pesticides and studying its synergistic or antagonistic effects on wheat key pests population and yield factors, based on a randomized complete block design with 3 replications and 9 treatments in Qazvin, Kardestan, Fars, Kermanshah and Kerman provinces during 2001-2002. In branching stage of wheat, micronutrients were applied only and in flowering stage, micronutrients plus pesticides. Evaluation parameters included spike number, 1000 seed weight, grain damage percentage, adult sunn pest density, Nymph density, natural enemies density and wheat aphids density. formula was used to calculate percentage of spray efficacy on pests. In Qazvin provice sampeles Henderson-Tilton of 24h and 10 days after second spray on adult sunn pest, Nymphs and aphids were recorded significant difference at %1 level among treatments. In sampeles of 10 days after spray on coccienllids population was significant difference at %1 level among treatments. Complex variance analysis did not show difference as the view point of 1000 wheat seed weight, but showed for grain damage percantage at %5 level among treatments. In kordestan province based on complex variance analysis on grain damage percentage was significant difference at %1 level and no difference for natural enemies, wheat aphids and sunn pest Nymphs. In fars province seed and straw yield results showed positive effects of micronutrients application plus pesticides. Complex variance analysis on wheat aphids population showed significant difference at %1 level among treatments. In Kermanshah province, results of oxperiment did not show significant difference among treatements. In Kerman province complex variance analysis of natural enemies and sunn pest nymphs showed difference at %1 level. By the way variance analysis on adult sunn pest deusity showed significant difference at %5 level among treatments.
