Evaluation and selection in sesame segregation generations

This experiment wich contain two part , the first was 8 population of segregation generation of F2 from Karj . Each population is planted on 8 row with 10 m. long and the space between rows 60 cm. Record phenotipical chracter is contain resistance to dieases and pests , high of first capsul , high of first capsul , high length of plant and number of capsul per plant on the select plants at the end of period growes . At the end we seleced37 plant so as most select in population No. 2 and the low selectted plant in 7 population . The second part of the experiment which contain 37 lines of sesame on the F3 and 29 lines sesame on the F4 . The seed of each plant is planted on one row with 5 m long . and selected plant shape inter and intera row and the final , we obtain 14 plant F4 and 12 olant F5 level which were more controlled next year .
