Evaluation of bread wheat lines varieties in international observation nurseries and yield trial

Every year has been sent from CIMMYT the genotypes which have more high yield potential than common cultivars and tolerance to diseases (yellow rust,leaf rust .powder mildew and fuzarium) lodging ,sprouting and high quality.it is evaluated genetical study in order to use in hybridization indirectly and introdusing of advanced lines in region directly .in this study was studied 3 experiment ,HRWSN,HRWYT and IAT from CIMMYT .IAT and HRWYT were planted with 2 replications in alpha-lattice and 80 and 50 genotypes respectively.HRWSN was planted with 311 lines and cultivars without replication.The chek cultivars was TAJAN in replicated test and were TAJAN,SHIROODI and SHANGHAI in observation tests.The agricultural traits such as flowering date ,plant height, tolerance to diseases ,maturity date ,1000 kernel weight and yield were noted in noted form and sent to research cereal section .In IAT ,after siple variance analysis the genotypes had significant difference .The best lines were PASTOR and SUPER SERI#1 with 8,102 and 7,161tone /ha And 27%and 14% better than chek respectively. In Gorgan and Dezful were better these lines.In HRWYT ,the genotypes had nosognifivant difference. The best lines were , MESIA with 7,692 ton/ha and 20% better than chek and MUNIA/CHTO//ASMEL with 7601 ton/ha and 19% better than chek.In HRWSN were selcted 80 genotypes .In this seri were the best CHIL/CHUM18/4/BUC and BAU/TNMU and VEE#SARA//DUCULA with 7,5 to 8 ton/ha. In final result ,were selected 48 and HRWYT ,20 genotypes to participated reginal uniformity test.
