Primary evaluation of soybean lines

This experiment was conducted in 2003 to evaluate of segregation generation lines of soybean in yield at a agment design experiment .No.of 48 lines in 6 block with 4 cultivar for chack in this experiment . Row spacing was 37.5 cm. (Two plant rows on 75 cm. spaced rows ) .The recorded of total of phenologic period and yield over all lines and analisis of quantity treatment . There were significant different among treatments for soybean grain and 100 seed weight . Results is showed line 27 ( select from Clifford cultivar ) with produce 5284 kg/ha dgrain yield , is the best line , such as 100 seed weight No. lines 43 , 18 , 15 , 16 , 20 and 17 with means 18.5 gr. . In the final 12 lines of soybean in this experiment with hight yield and good phenological carecter , selecte for study in next year .
