In order to investigate the effects of nitrogen fertilizer and plant pupolation on characteristics of forage corn (704) quality and quantity, this design have done in during three years. Main plot is nitrogen fertilizer (urea) with four level, without nitrogen fertilizer (N0), use recommended nitrogen fertilizer rate (N180), use nitrogen fertilizer equal 30 % more than recommendation and use nitrogen fertilizer equal 30 % less than recommendation. (N235, N125). Sub plot is plant population with four level, 70 thousand, plant per hectare (D1), 90 thousand plant per hectare (D2), 110 thousand plant per hectare (D3) and 130 thous and plant per hectare (D4). Results of complex varians analysis of yeild and its components showed: I– Yield of steam + corn and total yield in position dry and wet in nitrogen fertilizer treatments, plant population treatments and interation are significant in one percent level. II– Protein yield in plant population is significant in 5 % level and in nitrogen fertilizer treatment and interation aren’t significant. III– Steam diameter and plant high in nitrogen fertilizer are significant in 5 % level and aren’t significant in plant puplation treatments. Range of three years yield average showed that total yield in position dry and wet in use nitrogen fertilizer equal 30 % more than recommendation and plant population equal 130 thousand plant per hactare are most of an other treatments, as in intration of fertilizer and pupulation, treatments of N235 D3 and N125 D4 are most of another treatments. Therefore with increaseing of plant pupulation aqual 50 % more than recommendation can decrease use of nitrogen fertilizer equal 30 % less than recommendation of soil test, without descrease significant in yield
