The present study was undertaken to ananlyze the social Factors affecting the yield of Mahdavi vaviety wheat in Tehran province , saveghbelagh area. For this purpose , 67 of farmers from rural area in Hashtgerd city were selected by simple random sampling , and were interviewed with completed questioners, after collecting data Spss and Excel programs with descriptive statistic and spearman , pearson correlation cofficient and X2 tests were used to determain the relations between yield with other variables. The results show scio- economic factors such as typs of ownership of farms and size of land , the other production factors, Age, experience , level of education, the conection with center of extention services , and usage the extention recommendations are the main factors influencing to incriseing yield. Therefore the role–played by extension services centers and education should be reemphasised, and proper policy on providing land ownership should be considered .
