This study was conducted to investigate the changes of weed occurrence at established weed control system by re-cultivation in fallow land. Weeds occurred were Echinochloa spp., Bidens fronsa, and Erigeron annuus etc. Salix koreensis and Populus alba by the 2nd year in fallow land were occurred. They increased in dominance after 2 years of ceasing cultivation. The soils were sprayed with pretransplanting treatment herbicides, benzobicyclon 3.5% SC or oxadizone 12% EC, 3 days before transplanting simultaneously with puddling in fallow land which ceased cultivation for 3 years and changed back to rice field in the 4th year.
