Work is based on study about computer network management solutions, its theoretical and technical basis. This system including the account of Internet pays, network parameter and the computer about: soft and hardware. This system receipts the data from LAIS. The aims of the paper are: to study the present computer network systems of Latvia University of Agriculture (LLU). Besides the platform, administration and accessibility of the present operating systems (OS) have to be analyzed; to create a version of the cooperation model among the present systems related to the computer network of Latvia University of Agriculture. The following objectives are advanced to achieve the set aims: to study the regulation and requirements of the establishment; to study the models of cooperation folders; to study the cooperation standards of information systems (IS); to create and offer for the introduction a LDAP based scheme, on which a computer network management system might be designed.
