In the paper investigations of weaned piglets are performed. Piglets were divided into 2 groups and were given diet mixture, balanced and difference was only in added probiotic Paciflor C-10 (Bacillus CIP 5832-1x1010 CFU). The first group was control. Addition of probiotic in diet of the experimental group was 0.01%. This treatment continued for 45 days. Daily weight gain in the control groups was 395 g. In the experimental group, daily weight gain was 469 g. Difference between experimental and control group was high significant. Daily weight gain in the experimental group comparing to the control group was higher for 18.73%. Daily consumption of feed in the control group was 1.001 kg. In the experimental group was 1.103, higher than consumption of feed in the control group for 10.18%. Consumption of feed for kg of growth was in the control group 2.533 kg; in experimental group was 2.349 kg. In other words, it was 7.83% lower in experimantal group than in the control group. Addition of probiotic in diet of weaned piglets has positive effect on productive results, and using of this probiotic in feeding of weaned piglets is recommended.
