The goal was set to analyze the possibilities of identifying the plant material and to measure the sugar beet yield during harvest. The paper describes possibilities of wide band radar senzor application for identification of plant material in soil, primarily designed for measuring of sugar beet yield and creating for yield maps at the same time.
