Fungi population of the Puccinia coronata avenae in the hilly-mountain area of Western Serbia is middle virulent and there is tendency of its growing. There is found existence of 35 formula of virulence. Number of genes of virulence in pathotypes were in range from 2-12, and total ratio of virulent against no virulent genes is corresponded to theoretical ratio 1:2. The most frequently gene combinations of virulence were V50, V54-2, V60, V61, V62, V52-2, V64, V54-2, V60, V61 and V67. The highest frequency had alleles of virulence V54-2 and V61 (94.12%) and the smallest V38, V39, V48, V54-1, V55, V56, V59, V63 and V68 (0.00%)
