The nitrogen fixation in perspective line of spring wheat

Three cultivars of spring wheat (KG-1103, KG-1203 and KG-1303) were inoculated with seven different strains of diazotrophs (Dd1, Dd2, Dd3, Dd4, Dd5, Dd6, Dd7) and mixed population (Dd9). Influence of inoculation was analyzed on the dry matter mass per plant, number of grain per plant, number of grain per spike, grain mass per spike, grain harvest index and grain yield. Inoculation influence majority investigation parameters which were affect in increasing grain yield. Differences between inoculation and control variants were statistically significant.
