FR Yugoslavia was a significant exporter of mutton, lamb mutton and goat meat and sheep producer in times past and unfortunately it is not now. The paper points at potential significant market of import of this kind of meat: European Union, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Jordan, etc. In supranational international market of European Union are especially prominent countries with low level of self-supply as: Belgium and Luxemburg, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Portugal.
