Due to the fact that the realization of competitive advantages of national economy is mostly based on investments in new undertakings and development of existing products, the main goal of this paper is to follow up the economic implications of previous investment activities in Serbia, to identify development priorities and to consider investments into agrocomplex as potencially most competitive branch in Serbia.
