Problem of exploitation of agricultural mechanization which is uninsured is very expressive. First of all we allude on mechanization which is in everyday use. It refers to the tractors of any category and combines which are most frequently in use for agricultural operations and which can be met in everyday traffic. This problem is very serious, because agricultural mechanization, in contrast to some other way of insurance, is not included not even in a category of obligatory insurance. Especially, which is implausible, that for that kind of machinery there are not any periodically obligatory technical revision and verifying technical accuracy. In this text some problems are emphasize which are in bound with this question.
