We identified relations of total number of psychrotrophic microorganisms (CCP) to total number of mesophilic microorganisms (CPM). Numbers were assessed in bulk samples of milk from one collection line of a milk-processing plant and in bulk samples of one agricultural enterprise. Samples were cultivated on common used mediums under standard conditions according to IDF standards. Results were evaluated statistically. CPP on collection line varied from 5 to 51200 CFU/ml with CPM from 200 to 320 000 CFU/ml. CPP in the agricultural enterprise varied from 2 to 42189 CFU/ml and CPM from 180 to 291000 CFU/ml. Significant correlation 0.73 or 0.59 was found between CPP and CPM. Relative index p was calculated between the values CPP and CPM. With the collection line was p = 0.29 and with the agricultural enterprise we calculated p = 0.41.
