[The concept of building of regional agroindustrial formation of a new type]

The most essential economic advantages of steady development created within the limits of regional agroindustrial conglomeration formation are the following: an opportunity of formation of the centralized reserve funds by means of accumulation of financial actives of participants, and as by attraction of external financial and material resources for realization of joint investment programs; increase of loading of capacities, consistent increase in volumes of manufacture, decrease in specific expenses for a unit of production and growth of profit; updating of the basic industrially-production assets of the enterprises, perfection of specialization of manufacture, increase in qualities of manufacture and processing agricultural products; maintenance of concentration of means and resources on priority, hitch directions of development of branches and the enterprises; creation of conditions for introduction of scientific achievements and gradual transition to the new (know-how) technologies of manufacture of the final competitive production; optimization of raw zones and concentration of manufacture on more effective processing enterprises providing the maximal output of a commodity output; rational redistribution of monetary receipt and incomes between participants, reduction of attraction of extra resources and reduction by this basis of percentage payments for using the credit; reduction of taxes and payments at a final stage of realization of final products (under condition of introduction of the uniform tax). With a view of activization of process of formation of regional diversified agroindustrial conglomerates, as well as all innovative system in agricultural production, the corresponding impulse is necessary for development of diverse forms of self-managing outgoing from the state
