The normalization of the turnover capital representing a establishment of economically proved need in them on elements is the important stage at drawing up of the financial plan of forming and planning of monetary streams of the subject of managing. In agrarian sector of economy of Belarus at regulation of turnover means the methods of the direct account, analytical and coefficient can be used. Opportunity of their application depends on concrete conditions of managing. In this connection the right of choose of the most comprehensible method of definition of need in turnover means it is necessary to give to experts of everyone concrete organization. The general normative need for turnover means in a whole on branch it is expedient for counting on the basis of a method of direct accounts with addition of elements of analytical and coefficient methods. The offered procedure of account has been used for definition of forecasting needs in turnover means for the agricultural organizations of Belarus on 2007-2010. Maintenance of full normative need of the agricultural organizations in turnover means will promote improvement of a state of material and technical base of agrarian sector, growth of competitiveness of agricultural production, the further escalating of agroindustrial manufacture, increase of its efficiency
