Quantitative estimations of P-mobilization activities rhizobacteria were carried out. Active strains were selected for the testing in field experiments. A.brasilense B-4485 and K-mobilizing bacteria were characterized by high P-mobilization activities, that indicate on additional adaptation properties of bacteria and confirm their role for the improvement of plant nutrition. It was found that rhizobacteria strongly affected root development and plant growth. As a result of inoculation the root volume is increased by 18-30%, raw mass of roots –by 24-54%, plants height - by 8-10% and raw plant biomass - by 18-25%. Seed inoculation by rhizobacteria characterized by high P-mobilizing activity may represent a perspective biotechnology technique for the elimination of phosphorus deficit at critical nutrition period, at the beginning of plant vegetation. Preseeding seeds inoculation by bacteria with high activity of phosphate-mobilization represents the perspective element of biotechnology promoting elimination of deficiency of phosphorus during the critical period of feeding, in the beginning of vegetation of plants
