[Investment climate in agrarian and industrial complex and ways of its improvement]

In conditions of deficiency of investment resources and increases of the prices for energy carriers before many subjects of managing including the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex in immediate prospects the problem of search of financial assets becomes aggravated. In these conditions an unique way to make active investment active is attraction of investments due to amplification of investment orientation of bank system, inflow of foreign investments, development of own investment potential and so forth. At the same time, attraction of the domestic and foreign capital in a national economy including the agriculture demands creation of a favorable investment climate that is о of the major problems of an investment policy at the present stage
