[Flax of Belarus: to a question of innovative development of a branch]

Overcoming of the negative phenomena in a flax complex and maintenance of its economic growth carrying out of uniform strategy of development of branch, re-equipment at production stages, marketing and production sale, directed on rational use of any kinds of a source of raw materials, their profound processing and increase of efficiency of all technological chain demand the structural and organizational-technical reorganisation including reforming of a subcomplex. Considering branch prospects in context of experience of Germany and world market tendencies, it is necessary to draw an unequivocal conclusion: for efficiency of its functioning it is possible to provide only realising the innovative strategy providing rational use flax raw materials in two directions. To the first of them should become dynamical and a sustainable development of the enterprises of the light industry focused on release of finished articles and clothes from high quality spinnable fibre. The given industrial structures should have close economic relations with the agricultural organisations and flax primary treating plants, delivering to them raw materials of the set quality. Besides, at these enterprises it is necessary to have manufacture from a fibre of low grades. Innovative projects in light industry basically extend on opening of new manufactures and release of new products. The second direction of the subcomplex development assumes carrying out of the policy directed on expansion of capacity of home market by means of creation of modern processing manufactures in various branches for the purpose of overcoming of a raw orientation of the subcomplex. Processing of all fibre, including low-grade, and also delivery to production export only with the added cost is necessary. Innovative projects in the given direction demand creation of new manufactures
