[Promising trends in the development of soil tillage and grain crops sowing]

The most perspective direction in development of mechanization of soil and crops processing are the combined machines and the units allowing for one pass to carry out to ten operations. Reduction of number of passes of cars keeps soil structure, reduces losses of time for single moving, increases labour productivity (development for the 10-sentry the working day makes 150-200 hectares) that allows to lower expenses monetary, means to 5,8 dol./ha. Foreign tillage-sowing combines in comparison with existing units of domestic production have following positive sides: higher technical resource (time between failures); operational reliability (seasonal development of each unit of 600-1000 hectares for a season); differ complex performance by one machine of many operations; high efficiency and quality of work performance; comfortable working conditions of tractor operators-machinists; have sparing influence of machines on soil. tillage-sowing combines have following lacks: the big weight of machines and the fuel expense; higher cost in comparison with domestic machines; high specific consumption of materials; spare parts to foreign machines are more expensive; in republic insufficient quantity service, the centres on service of foreign technics. tillage-sowing combines with disk shares seeders MegaSeed and MonoSeed firms Rabe demand influence on a surface of soil with loading of 80 kg (800) at working speed 15 km/h. Traction resistance of shares on rolling makes 7680 Н, that in 5 times exceeds resistance of shares of seeders SPU-6. The effort of pressing shares to soil, seeders of type SPU-6 and S-6, provided by branch regulations, should be in limits: on easy soils - only 2-8 kg (20-80), average and heavy - 6-16 kg (60-160) taking into account share weight at working speed of 10-12 km/h. It testifies that the best decision share groups is not found yet
