Genosphere is the coevolutionary interrelated, integrated, hierarchic and complex global system which is responsible for the life functioning, reproduction and development in biosphere as well as for stability of our planetary system as a whole. The associative ontological links between the genosphere parameters which are responsible for its statics and dynamics are analysed taking into consideration their dual and complementary nature. The synergetic model of the genetic system of biosphere dynamics and self-organization is proposed. The model could facilitate the system studies and understanding of global genetic system structural and functional integrity and associative coherency. The following rules and dynamics principles of open genetic systems of genosphere are proposed: 1.rule of production of essential genetic entropy implies that production of the genetic diversity or genetic entropy in open genetic systems depends both on their organizational configuration and level of their adaptiveness; 2.rule of optimization of genetic organization implies that the process of arrangement of genetic elements, their connections and relations in the open genetic systems depends both on the production intensity of genetic entropy and the level of their adaptiveness; 3.rule of continuous growth of genetic adaptiveness implies that the process of genetic adaptation and coadaptation of elements, their connections and relations depends both on the organizational configurations and intensity of genetic entropy production
