The profile of computerized informative system of an agricultural plant as database providing successful management is presented. Formation of the manual of the history of crop rotation fields on geo-informative technologies is stated. Possibilities of system integration with other data resources, inclusive data bank of temporary results of agro-, hydro-, environmental and reclamation monitoring are considered. By means of the computerized book it is possible to make an estimation of efficiency of land use before carrying out of reconstruction of reclaimed systems which now, in connection with absence of the separate account of productivity on the reclaimed and not reclaimed lands is carried out only qualitatively (using results of experiences on productivity in similar conditions). In the computerized book of history productivity of the reclaimed and not reclaimed earths is sorted in an automatic mode, with analysis possibility by each separate field. Therefore it has the greatest urgency in enterprise with prevalence of the reclaimed lands. Without maintenance of the separate account of productivity and other characteristics of fields the objective choice of objects is impossible where expensive actions for reconstruction of meliorative systems are necessary. Universal use of the automated book of history of fields is a basis of more exact decision-making in agricultural production, and not only in a area of the separate agroenterprise, but also at agricultural production planning at any administrative level. The open structure of information system and possibility of integration of systems of the separate agroenterprises allows to unite them for optimisation of plant growing of area and above to republic as a whole on the basis of optimisation of each concrete enterprise
