[Results of research on quality indices of raspberry yield]

In Belarus raspberry of summer term ripening is mainly cultivated. It yields in June-July. At present for prolongation of its fruits consumption raspberry varieties primocane type are introduced. Results of the complex yield evaluation of the two most wide-spread primocane fruiting raspberries varieties in Belarus Babye leto and Herbsternte are presented. Research results of quality indicators of raspberry yield of primocane type are presented. Variety Babye leto is characterized by average fruit weight (2,5 g) and variety Zeva Herbsternte – by average large one (3,6 g). Fruits of variety Zeva Herbsternte is characterized by high content of firm residue (seeds, carpophore – 20,5%). In conditions of Belarus primocane varieties accumulate soluble dry matter – 9,6 – 10,1%, sugars – 5,28 – 4,62%, pectines – 0,69 – 0,83%, titrated acids – 1,56 – 2,14%, phenolic compounds – 235,5 – 294,5 mg/100 g, ascorbic acid – 4,1 – 11,9 mg/100 g, potassium – 221,5 – 230,5 mg/100 g in dependence on variety. Studied varieties Babye leto and Zeva Herbsternte are suitable for processing and production of compotes, juices with sugar, fruits frozen in a sugar syrup
